It’s always been nice to dine at Max’s Restaurant for our small family. Twas cozy enough provided the budget I can shell out compared to other restaurants available. Yes, I find it affordable for the notable service and ambiance they offer.
But what I haven’t explored yet was their party packages, until we were invited to Chickie Boy’s birthday party.
Cooking rice is the most common activity in our kitchens. Do you agree, Mommies? Personally, I love unli rice every meal time! Yes, that doesn’t sound healthy, alright. That’s why some opted for no rice diet. But here’s a game changer for us all—Grayns Rice Cooker!
American Technogies, Inc. unveiled a revolutionary rice cooker that is the first of its kind—Grayns. The revolutionary rice cooker reduces starch out of rice, thereby lowering calorie content and glycemic load per serving.
Moms like myself have so much in our plates–we run the house, yes? One of our duties is to keep our family healthy and away from diseases.
There are tons of letters for vitamins but I’ll focus on Vitamin D as this is what my son is deficient of. It is said that this is needed for calcium absorption among infants. However, 7 out of 10 Filipinos are Vitamin D Deficient. If Vitamin D Concentration in the mother’s breast milk is low (which, as studies show, is usually the case), this may lead to Vitamin D Deficiency in infants.
Online advertising plays an ever more central role in most business’s marketing plans. From retargeting to social; there are plenty of creative and cost effective ways to get your brand under the noses of hundreds, if not thousands of potential customers.
Our mental health is hugely affected if we don’t sleep enough and it becomes even worse when it becomes a habit. Sleep deprivation is bad for adults and it can even have a bigger effect on teens. A research published in the Sleep journal studied more than 3,000 teens from Houston who were 11 to 17 years old.
On August 5, 2017 (Saturday), let’s join Hakab Na! 2017. It will be in Smart-Araneta Coliseum Cubao, Quezon City at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. This is a yearly event hosted by the online support group Breastfeeding Pinays (BFP)– held every August in time for the Philippines’ National Breastfeeding Awareness Month –to send the message that breastfeeding is IMPORTANT and NORMAL.
There are a lot of diapers in the market, and yes you have to find the brand(s) that suits your baby. I saw Merries diaper one afternoon in one of our trips to the supermarket for groceries. I did not pay much attention as I wasn’t familiar with the name.
Luckily, Merries Diapers sent me samples that I can try. I learned that it’s Japan’s #1 baby diaper brand for 10 consecutive years. How exciting that it’s now available in the Philippines!
My husband’s love language is food. Prepare him one and he’ll feel loved. Among Paulo and I, he does well in the kitchen more than I do. So, a snack is what I offer him most of the time.
In finding a car, what did you consider? I remembered Paulo, my husband, checking different forums and reviews before contacting a sales agent.
Brushing his teeth was one of our little guy Elijah’s not so favorite routine before. #TheStruggleIsReal as they say. So, I thought of strategies to make toothbrush time more fun and not something he dreads.
First Time Parents. Does that sound overwhelming to you when you were without a child or when you got one on the way? I remember when I was about to give birth to Elijah, I thought I was ready enough. Only to realize that I should have attended seminars to prepare for the struggles I would face when he is out finally, especially on breastfeeding. And so, now, whenever I get to know of seminars related to being new parents or parenting in general–I tellmy friends whom I know will benefit from it.
Right now, very sleepy because baby just slept but unfortunately I really cannot sleep. Time on our wall clock is 2:03AM. I want to write about that labor pains and delivery I experienced in Shiphrah Birthing Home but my brain juices won’t cooperate. So just writing down random thoughts to help me have a shuteye.
I always want to try curly hair but was just not brave enough to have it. I’m just so afraid of “what if I would just regret the result”. Obviously, my first stop was the section for curly wigs. There’s tons of choices and colors varies too! Divatress not just offers thousands of wigs but also hair care products.
I got the news that Baby Company is having another sale but for Baby Gears this time. So, I went out yesterday to check for our baby girl’s car seat accessories and scout for a stroller too.
What items do you have in your pantry? I am not a bread type of person but my boys loves Gardenia. The loaf was never absent in our grocery list. Ever. My husband and our little guy loves it for breakfast or snack on it anytime of the day. But I discovered something new from this brand—Pocket Sandwiches!
The mommy behind Kezi Baby the baby shop which offers headbands, shoes or onesies/shirt and terno dresses for mom and toddler experienced exactly the same thing when her Nathalie Keziah was born. She gets comments like “Pogi naman ni Baby” or “Boy yan?” as she only puts on white wardrobe for her newborn baby girl to easily see insects on it etc.
Motherhood has many challenges, that’s what I realized in this almost 4-year journey I’m in. More to come, I’m sure. The latest challenge I face now is how to pursuade my 44-month old little guy to eat what’s on the table and to not ask for hotdogs or corned beef. More so, to plan and come up with inviting, amazing meals for him. Can I sigh on this part? Because I also ran out of meal ideas for my husband’s packed lunch.
If you are following this blog, you know that I am cloth diaper and disposable diaper user momma. My 44-month old little guy was already potty trained but I still need diapers whenever we go on a long drive. At his age, pants type, I figured, is the most appropriate one.
#KwentongJollibee for the Love Month Who doesn’t recognize Jollibee at least here in PH? I’m not surprised that my 43-month old son would scream “Hi, Jollibee!’ whenever we drive by their store. Apart from the food offerings that families, bakardas, chikitings that will surely enjoy, through the years, Jollibee has witnessed many kinds of storiesView Detail
