Have you been to the Scholastic Warehouse 2016 Sale yet?

As a family we always look forward to Scholastic’s semiannual warehouse sale. It happens every summer and December. My sisters come over here in Pasig to spend their summer break with me especially with their nephew Elijah. It’s a bonus that they can score discounted novel titles at the warehouse sale. During Decembers, I love how I can prepare my husband and I’s gift list for our growing number of inaanak (godchildren).

 

 

For this year, Scholastic is having the warehouse sale again PLUS the Summer Reading Fun!

 

Yesterday Elijah and I went to the afternoon period, 1:30PM-3:30PM. It was indeed a fun reading session with Ms. Kat Ambayec.

Kuya AC, Ate Hanna and my Elijah listening eagerly to the I Wish that I Had Duck Feet story by Dr. Seuss.

The last segment was with Ms. Mara Yuhico—Creat Your Own Book (All About Me). It brought out the creativity of each participant while bonding with (us) their moms.

We were given this kit to make each child’s own book.

Elijah liked both segments so much but he enjoyed best the meet and greet with Kinder Joy’s mascot Kinderino. “Humpty Dumpty!”, he shouted upon seeing it.

I super love that the Summer Reading Fun was held upstairs, at the air conditioned room inside the Scholastic warehouse. So, worry not Mommies, your kids will surely enjoy this one.
