Tassel and Piñata Making Workshop

Tassel and Piñata Making Workshop

Birthday parties or baptismals with a festive vibe? Let’s DIY! I love DIYs, saves me pesos and it’s with labor of love. For Elijah’s birthday this year I’d surely do it myself, thanks to School of Styling PH.

I was one of the Mommy Bloggers invited for the Tassel and Pinata Making Workshop. I thought we’ll just be taught all about Pinatas and Tassels, but I was the happiest when they started the workshop with a talk on the basics of Mobile Photography.

Lightkeeper Studio`s Creative Director Geunice Burgos taught us tips and tricks on how to take photos with our smartphones, much needed by a newbie blogger like me.

Notes on Mobile Photography
Taking notes on the mobile photography workshop with a healthy drink from The Juice Barista and a yummy cookie from The Little Whisk.

The highlight of the workshop with School of Styling’s Indy Ycasiano; Tassel and Piñata making.

The tassel that I made. It doesn’t look much but it’s a labor of love. 🙂

I only posted my the tassel that I finished for my piñata work needs more practice.

I finished the workshop with a confident heart that I can now DIY my children’s parties.
